All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We take care to display products and prices accurately, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and cancel orders arising from pricing or listing mistakes, with a full refund if you have been charged. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is dispatched.
Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we dispatch. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors) with a full refund of any amount charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.
Trade pricing, credit terms and minimum order quantities are agreed in writing when a trade account is approved and prevail over the retail terms on this site to the extent of any inconsistency.

Content on this site, including the Colombian Coffees name and logo, photography and text, is owned by us or our licensors, and the brands we distribute remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
